We're growing quickly and are looking for a marketing pro to help scale our bookings, memberships, and repair/storage services.

Position Summary

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in

SEO and Google Ads

. Also has a handle on AI This role is responsible for increasing our online visibility, driving qualified traffic, and maximizing bookings through paid and organic search.

Also looking for a candidate who can optimize for emerging AI search visibility (ChatGPT, Bing Copilot, etc.) by ensuring content is structured, clear, and discoverable.

This is a

part-time or contract position

with the potential to grow into full-time.

Responsibilities

Manage SEO strategy: keyword research, content optimization, backlink building, and local SEO for Tahoe searches. Run and optimize Google Ads campaigns for rentals, boat club memberships, and repair/storage services. Track results with Google Analytics and Ads dashboards. Provide weekly reports with data-driven recommendations. Join weekly check-in meetings with ownership for performance reviews and strategy adjustments. Create ad copy and landing page recommendations that improve conversion rates.
Qualifications

2+ years of proven experience with SEO and Google Ads (tourism or hospitality experience preferred). Strong knowledge of conversion tracking, ROAS, and local SEO. Ability to work independently and communicate results clearly. Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
