About the Role:

We're seeking a

Digital Marketing Specialist

to help manage and grow our online advertising and marketing efforts. This role will focus on running and optimizing paid ads on Google and Meta, while also assisting with campaign planning, social media scheduling, and general marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram). Monitor performance data, identify trends, and make adjustments to maximize ROI. Collaborate on creative ad copy, landing pages, and visual assets to improve campaign performance. Assist with email campaigns, social media scheduling, and posting. Support marketing initiatives such as seasonal promotions, sales events, and partnerships. Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and platform updates. Participate in regular team meetings (in-person and virtual) for campaign planning and creative collaboration.

Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience managing paid ads on Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager. Strong understanding of performance metrics, conversion tracking, and audience targeting. Experience using tools like Google Analytics, Shopify, and Meta Business Suite is a plus. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Creative mindset with attention to detail. Passion for plants, home improvement, or outdoor living is a plus (but not required).

Schedule & Compensation:

Hybrid role with a mix of remote work and in-person collaboration in South Florida. Flexible schedule.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
