Description: Position Summary: The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing the digital marketing strategy and prioritizing projects and initiatives for the marketing team. They oversee the day-to-day support of web marketing projects and initiatives, email programs, social media, and content optimization activities (SEO, Campaign, and Customer Journey) on Minnesota.Swagelok.Solutions. The position is responsible for providing digital marketing campaign support to help achieve business and marketing goals, drive website traffic, generate leads, and create sales demand. They also are the frontline person for our CRM and website tool, HubSpot. Responsibilities: Digital Marketing
  • Engage with sales and marketing in lead management and lead generation initiatives.
  • Provide strategic direction for email marketing programs, marketing automation, and campaigns that improve the effectiveness of these tactics.
  • Manage efforts for on-page and technical SEO, focusing on Google page rankings and driving organic traffic to Minnesota.Swagelok.Solutions.
  • Develop relationships with internal stakeholders who rely on the web and HubSpot for day-to-day support of their work.
  • With goal/objective guidance from the Marketing Manager, oversee the strategy, execution, and results of digital advertising efforts across search, social, and email.
  • Identify tools and/or platforms necessary to test and measure digital efforts.
  • Provide thought leadership and guidance to the marketing team on how digital products and processes are evolving in ways that might present new challenges and/or opportunities.
Content Optimization & Data Governance
  • Oversee content optimization efforts on Minnesota.Swagelok.Solutions.
  • Review analytics data to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and adjust when necessary.
  • Manage lists in HubSpot to keep email marketing efforts on track and organized.
Content Management & Collaboration
  • Oversee the analytics dashboards related to digital marketing.
  • Assist in creating new reports for sales seat users in HubSpot when necessary.
  • Manage print and digital content (email, social, print), including graphic design.
Requirements: Requirements:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • 2-3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in digital marketing, product marketing, and/or brand and content marketing; or a combination of relevant education and experience.
  • CMS experience \xe2\x80\x93 HubSpot preferred
  • Design experience is preferred.
Skills:
  • Strategic digital marketing planning and execution
  • Experience with a/b testing, both in email and social media.
  • Experience in lead management processes.
  • Experience with marketing automation (preferably HubSpot), SEO software (e.g. SEM Rush) and other marketing tools and technologies.
  • Project management proficiency; comfortable handling multiple projects and initiatives, prioritizing and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, both verbal and written, plus strong presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills; ability to effectively interface at all levels.
  • Strong listening skills and ability to translate trends, competitive insights, tools, and intel into actionable marketing recommendations.
  • Highly organized, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Advanced understanding of digital marketing practices and principals.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and website conversion metrics (CPM, CTR, CPC, CPL).
  • Extensive knowledge of SEO best practices, trends, search engine algorithms, ranking strategies, and the tools used to research these areas, provide reporting, and evaluate competitors.
  • Strong analytical skills to effectively evaluate and communicate metrics and impact of digital initiatives.
