highly skilled Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist

to

take charge of and lead

all marketing and online brand strategies.

What You'll Do (Lead Specialist Responsibilities)

Lead and manage the salon's entire digital marketing and social media strategy.

Create captivating

reels, videos, photos, and graphic content

that elevate the brand for social media platforms, such as

TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram

, etc. Develop monthly content calendars, promotions, and community engagement plans. Manage all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Google Business) and drive growth. Capture daily in-salon content including before/afters, client features, and viral trend videos. Design

flyers, banners, menus, posters, ads

, and other branding materials. Run paid ad campaigns and analyze performance for continuous improvement. Strengthen SEO, brand visibility, and customer engagement. Assist with light front desk help during peak times (greeting clients, helping with flow).

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.

Strong portfolio showing social media content, branding, or graphic design work. Proficiency with Instagram, TikTok, Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, or similar tools. Ability to

lead marketing initiatives independently

with creativity and strategy. Passion for beauty, aesthetics, and visual storytelling.
