Position Overview:

We're seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager with a strong emphasis on Google Ads campaign strategy, management, and optimization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience running PPC campaigns, analyzing performance data, and developing strategies that drive conversions and ROI.

Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and Video) across multiple client accounts. Conduct keyword research, create compelling ad copy, and develop targeted campaigns aligned with client goals. Track and analyze campaign performance, reporting key insights and actionable recommendations. Manage ad budgets and allocate spend efficiently to maximize lead generation. Stay current with Google Ads policies, algorithm updates, and industry trends. Assist with other digital marketing efforts including SEO, paid social, and email marketing as needed.

Qualifications:

Experience managing Google Ads campaigns (Google Ads certification preferred). Proven track record of improving campaign performance and ROI. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio. Experience managing budgets, tracking conversions, and optimizing for cost per lead. Agency experience preferred but not required.
