The Role
You'll collaborate directly with ownership and our retail team to plan, launch, and analyze campaigns that drive traffic, loyalty, and weekly sales. You'll also get hands-on with
AIQ (Alpine IQ)
--a cannabis-specific CRM/loyalty and omnichannel marketing platform for compliant SMS/email/push, segmentation, and revenue attribution. AIQ
What You'll Do
Co-create weekly sales plans
(featured products, promos, bundles) and build matching digital/in-store campaigns; deliver
weekly sales reports
with performance vs. goal and next steps.
Build and manage audience segments in
AIQ
; set up compliant opt-ins and launch targeted SMS, email, and push campaigns with clear attribution to revenue. AIQ
Run our
social media
(IG, TikTok, etc.) calendar: short-form video, UGC curation, engagement, and weekly analytics.
Plan and promote
in-house events
(vendor days, education nights) and connect them to digital loyalty offers.
Monitor reviews/feedback and surface insights; AIQ can tie reviews to transactions to keep feedback verified and trustworthy. AIQ
Coordinate with retail/POS so offers, menus, and loyalty rewards match what's promoted; learn how AIQ connects with dispensary POS/ecommerce. Flowhub+1

You Might Be a Fit If You...
Are pursuing (or recently finished) Marketing, Communications, Data/Analytics, or related studies.
Write crisp copy and enjoy making short-form video.
Are spreadsheet-comfortable and curious about CRM tools (AIQ/Klaviyo/HubSpot experience is a plus).
Are organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a regulated industry.
21+
and eligible to work in Maryland; able to be on-site as needed for events/content.
Nice-to-Haves
Basic design/video editing (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express).
Retail, hospitality, or cannabis experience.
Familiarity with loyalty programs and POS/ecommerce integrations. AIQ
Schedule & Compensation
~12-20 hours/week.
Hourly compensation; school credit available if applicable.
Pathway to full-time:
High-performers can convert to a full-time marketing role as we scale.
