We are looking to grow our Digital Marketing team!

You will be responsible for collaborating with our Success Coach Account Managers to manage the relationship, develop marketing strategies, create marketing updates, resolve customer questions, and offer marketing and lead generation solutions to drive their client's revenue. This position is a junior level, role within the organization that collaborates with Success Coach Account Manager and reports to the Manager of the Client Success Team. There is significant career growth opportunity within the marketing department as well as the organization.

Essential Duties:



Collaborate with Sales, Success Coach Account Managers and Success Coach Manager to:

Help onboard new clients and ensure high level of communication Manage client marketing deliverables to ensure successful execution of timelines Create marketing and sales material to present to customers Assist in supporting the Client Success Coach Manage up to 45 Accounts - Designing, Selling and Managing Marketing & Demand Generation Solutions Aide the team in presenting and selling company products and services to new and existing customers Assisting the team with annual marketing plans and strategies Provide marketing updates Reach agreed upon targets Ensure client satisfaction with regard to areas of opportunities or client needs Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments Assist in creating sales material to present to customers

Skills and Experience



Ability to work and collaborate in a team environment Meet fast-paced and varied deadlines Apply best practices including active voice, customer-focused language and solution-based content Must be able to commit to 15+ hours per week Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields Familiarity with CRM platforms Self-starter willing to jump in where needed Excellent customer service skills Deadline and detail-oriented High school diploma and currently enrolled or recently graduated with a BS/BA in Business, Sales, Marketing or relevant field is preferred Experience with Marketing IT Products and Services or completed course work, Highly Desired Previous experience in marketing, sales, or other related fields Ability to build rapport with clients Strong negotiation skills Organizational Skills Outgoing and Positive personality
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
