The Role
The Digital Coordinator plays a key role on the Digital Marketing team, supporting the Digital Marketing Manager and CRM Manager in executing all digital initiatives across the business. This role helps execute all guest-facing creative, marketing, and communications across digital platforms. This role will act as a working partner to all internal teams; Brand Marketing, Creative, IT, Store Operations and work closely with the digital agency.
Responsibilities
Maintain and update all guest-facing digital listings (Google, Apple, Yelp, OpenTable, TripAdvisor, Facebook), ensuring accurate and consistent information across platforms.
Coordinate digital setup for new restaurant openings, including website and business listing updates.
Brief website updates with creative team for promotions and other business needs.
Manage and update brand websites via WordPress CMS.
Routinely monitor live sites to ensure content accuracy, address technical issues, and identify opportunities to enhance user experience.
Support the CRM Manager in building, testing, and deploying emails and SMS campaigns through Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Report monthly on digital initiatives (website/OpenTable campaigns/email/SMS/QR codes).
Manage data imports and maintenance within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Provide support with OpenTable's marketing tools such as email campaigns and booking experiences.
Work with digital agency and third-party vendors.
Support paid media campaigns by coordinating the delivery of creative assets and campaign details to the digital agency.
Stay current on digital best practices, hospitality technology trends, and emerging marketing opportunities.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree
1-2 years minimum experience in digital (strong internship experience considered)
Excellent attention to detail and a self-starter
Microsoft Office
CMS web platform experience ex: Wordpress
CRM tool experience preferred (Salesforce)
Strong analytical skills and data-driven
Possess strong organizational skills with the ability to set priorities, multi-task and meet deadlines
Google Analytics is a plus
