Job Description

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:



Daily management of all Vista Sotheby's International Realty social media platforms - ensuring all posts are optimized and tracked for performance Stay up to date on social media trends and best practices Manage and organize social media assets on shared drives Monitor web traffic, analytics, technical performance and communicate it in chart and verbal formats Work with agents to collect information and digital assets to create digital marketing materials and content that is on brand and correctly formatted Partner with the marketing team to ensure all content for the social channels for corporate and the agents are accurately following brand guidelines Create and execute a social calendar and distribute shareable, engaging content Proactively look for ways to improve performance, simplify interactions and improve Vista Sotheby's International Realty's presence online and on digital platforms Stay on top of emerging social media trends and appropriately integrate new opportunities into Vista Sotheby's International Realty's digital presence Create and present digital tips and tricks to our agents Successfully run digital promotions via email and social media promoting events and properties represented by Vista Sotheby's International Realty Attend and promote property open houses Favorably represent Vista Sotheby's International Realty at real estate events Assist and coordinate with the Creative Director on various branded materials Create and post on brand imagery within a given campaign Create and distribute branded emails and templates Coordinate with local businesses to draw attention to our social media platforms

SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY:



Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus Intimate understanding of mobile usage Elevated attention to detail Expertise in email design, using a template maker is imperative Ability to teach in a group and on-on-one situations Exceptional project management and communication skills are essential Highly motivated self-starter and successful at working with tight deadlines Ability to give constructive feedback on content, imagery, and story in a teaching manner Stay ahead of the latest web, social, video, and design trends and technologies Experience with project management Light office management Proficiency in the full Adobe Creative Suite Excellent proofreading skills, specifically grammar and spelling Ability to manage multiple projects at a time Ability to create and execute at the speed of social media A general real estate knowledge base is helpful
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
