The
Digital Marketing Artist
creates visually compelling designs to support L2 Brands' digital marketing initiatives, including websites, email campaigns, social media, and digital ads. This role also manages product listings across multiple websites and collaborates with sales, marketing, art, and merchandising teams to maintain brand consistency and drive engagement.
Key Qualifications:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva
Experience with Shopify or CMS platforms (HubSpot preferred)
Knowledge of HTML & CSS is a plus
Strong attention to detail, time management, and collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities
Key Responsibilities
Digital Design & Marketing
Create engaging graphics for web, email campaigns, social media, Google Ads, and other digital channels
Produce high-quality graphics aligned with brand voice, style, and campaign objectives
Adapt designs for multiple formats and channels with minimal revisions
Product & Content Management
Upload and maintain product images, descriptions, and specifications across ASI, PPAI web portals, and L2Wholesale.com
Ensure listings are accurate, visually appealing, SEO-friendly, and organized for optimal navigation
Assist with implementing graphics and content in HubSpot or other CMS platforms, applying HTML/CSS as needed
Collaboration & Strategy Execution
Partner with sales, marketing, art, and merchandising teams to bring marketing strategies to life
Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative campaign concepts
Ensure designs are optimized for web and mobile performance
Continuous Improvement & Support
Identify opportunities to improve design, processes, and user experience
Support special projects as assigned by senior management
Serve as a brand ambassador internally and externally
Required Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field preferred
2+ years of experience in digital marketing design
Experience managing multiple digital platforms while maintaining brand consistency

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time salaried position, with standard business hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Extended hours, including evenings and weekends, may be required based on business needs.
