Job Overview



We are seeking a

Digital Leads Specialist

to manage and convert incoming digital inquiries into scheduled appointments. In this role, you will engage with potential customers across multiple platforms--such as email, web chat, and review sites--providing prompt and professional responses. Your ability to think quickly, leverage technology, and maintain a customer-first approach will be key to driving lead conversions.

Key Responsibilities



Respond promptly to digital leads from platforms like

Google, Yelp, Thumbtack, and web forms

Communicate with potential customers via

email, chat, and text

to answer inquiries and schedule services Accurately enter and track lead data, ensuring timely follow-ups and confirmations Monitor lead performance and provide insights for optimizing conversion rates Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to enhance the customer journey Utilize CRM tools and other software to streamline lead management

Qualifications



Previous experience in

lead management, customer service, or sales support

preferred Strong

written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in

CRM platforms, chat systems, and digital communication tools

Ability to

multitask, prioritize, and respond quickly

in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with excellent

data entry and follow-up

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week
