Position Overview

We're seeking a Digital Design SpecialistIIto support our growing e-commerce and marketing efforts. This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for detail, fluency in Adobe Photoshop, and a passion for digital design. You'llplay an important rolein preparing, editing, and managing digital assets for our website, emails, and social channels, while also gaining hands-on experience in web design and content management.If you'reorganized, collaborative, and excited about the food and culinary world, this is a great opportunityto grow your skills alongside a creative team.



Responsibilities



Digital Design Support



Create, edit, and adapt digital assets for web, e-commerce, email, and social platforms. Execute image retouching, color correction, and resizing in Photoshop/Illustrator. Ensure consistency with brand standards and design systems.

Web & CMS Support



Assistin designing and updating content within the company's CMS. Optimizevisuals for both web and mobile formats. Collaborate with merchandising and marketing teams to align site assets with campaigns and brand storytelling.

Asset & Image Management



Manage product imagery workflows: editing, formatting, uploading, and organizing files. Maintain accuracy and organization of creative assets within the DAM. Support development of structured processes for storing and tagging assets.

Cross-Functional Collaboration



Partner with marketing designers to maintaina cohesive look and feel across channels. Work with merchandising to deliver high-quality product visuals that support sales goals. Respond to creative requests from other departments (Sales, HR, Product, etc.) while ensuring brand consistency.

Growth & Development



Learn and apply brand guidelines, contributing to the development of standardized design systems. Stay current with digital design trends and best practices.

Qualifications



2-4 years of related experience. Proficiencyin Adobe Photoshop (required). Basic knowledge of Illustrator, InDesign, or similar design tools a plus. Familiarity with digital design principles and image optimization for web. Some experience with front-end website design (HTML/CSS or CMS platforms) preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines. Portfolio showcasingproduction work and design projects (required). Interest in food, culinary, or hospitality industry is a plus.
