Pay Range: $50,000 - $62,000 annually

Finally, a marketing content creation position that offers variety! This position is part of a highly collaborative inbound marketing team for a premier provider of HR services that helps employers thrive and a leave administration software startup. Unlike many marketing positions, this role offers a dynamic blend of marketing activities comprised primarily of writing and inbound marketing content creation, WordPress web page design and editing, and assistance with marketing campaigns for two unique brands. This is a full-time, remote position.

WHAT YOU\xe2\x80\x99LL DO

  • Create digital content and design for blog articles, white papers, guides, webpages, webinars, awareness offers, success stories, social media, directories, and other channels appropriate to Tr\xc3\xbcpp\xe2\x80\x99s and Stiira\xe2\x80\x99s digital marketing strategies and style guidelines.
  • Writing: researching, validating, writing, and editing content; coordinating with subject matter experts and other content contributors; optimizing content according to search engine optimization best practices for inbound traffic; pushing content through the review and publishing process; repurposing content across multiple channels and platforms.
  • Design: designing and updating WordPress blog, website, and landing pages, selecting relevant stock images for website and blog pages.
  • Assist with promotional activities, webinar scheduling and follow-up, and social media content creation and posting.
WHAT\xe2\x80\x99S IN YOUR TOOLBOX
  • Demonstrate a thorough grasp of writing on brand and in voice with an aptitude for translating project objectives into compelling content with calls to action.
  • Demonstrate a thorough grasp of spelling, grammar, and language skills with the ability to write professionally, translate regulations and complex content for practical consumption, and communicate from a professional and consultative point of view.
  • Maintain working knowledge of inbound digital marketing trends, including web content development best practices.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and time-management skills and the ability to organize and prioritize work in a setting with occasional assignment changes and additions from multiple sources.
  • Demonstrate thorough research capabilities focused on why subject matter is relevant, level of detail appropriate to the intended audience, lead generation goals, and potential risks.
  • Demonstrate expert working knowledge in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint. Maintain advanced working knowledge in WordPress and HubSpot applications.
WHAT\xe2\x80\x99S GOT YOU HERE
  • Two years experience in a similar position.
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in marketing, communication, journalism, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Sufficient working conditions, including high-speed internet and an environment where phone calls and virtual meetings can occur without interruption.
