SUMMARY:
The Digital Banking Associate is a key role in delivering the customer experience across WesBanco\xe2\x80\x99s digital platforms. This individual will be instrumental in supporting our customers as they navigate the various digital capabilities that we bring to market. In this role, the Digital Banking Associate is the primary point of contact for customers who need assistance with digital banking (desktop and mobile), bill pay, payments, online account opening, debit card services and Zelle.

LOCATION:
This position is 100% remote within the Bank\'s footprint. Employee will work full time remote outside of a WesBanco location (may occasionally attend in person meetings, although primary functions of the role are performed remotely).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintains a working knowledge of WesBanco\xe2\x80\x99s digital capabilities, and how customers/users engage with us through this channel.

Perform various operational support duties relating our digital platforms which includes bill pay, payments, online account opening, debit card services and Zelle.

Support customers through a variety of channels (phone, secure mail, chat), as well as supporting our banking center staff that are addressing immediate customer needs.

Utilize multiple systems, often simultaneously, to deliver the optimal experiences for our customers.

Assists with testing, implementing and maintaining new features and enhancements.

Collaborate with internal departments (Retail Marketing, Operations, Technology, etc.) to understand, report and discuss system issues and product enhancement requests.

Performs a variety of routine tasks including: reports reviewing, account analyst; account/customer-level research, and perform entry-level account reconciliation duties, and processes data entry information through various task related digital systems.

Track to completion, client issues related to supported solutions.

Process application requests, maintenance, research, and customer or banking center initiated requests through digital banking applications.

Performs transactions within associated compliance requirements.

May from time to time be assigned other job duties and or responsibilities with or without prior notice.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Banking is a highly regulated industry and you will be expected to acquire and maintain a proficiency in the Bank\'s policies and procedures, and adhere to all laws, rules and regulations that are applicable to your conduct and the work you will be performing. You will also be expected to complete all assigned compliance training in a timely manner.

Ability to use a personal computer with knowledge/ability to learn Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel and internet.

Ability to learn electronic banking systems.

Ability to type with speed and accuracy.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED);

Customer Service and related clerical experience desired.

Minimum of one year of experience in a digital banking, banking operations, or digital support role in another industry preferred.

Experience with commercial online banking, digital services, and cash management services preferred but not required.
