In this role, you'll work alongside experienced crew members in the field, gaining hands-on experience in traditional excavation as well as modern trenchless repair methods, including pipe lining and point repairs. What You'll Do

As part of the digging crew, you'll assist with a variety of excavation, site preparation, and trenchless repair tasks, including:
Work under the direction of an experienced crew member to learn excavation, trenching, and trenchless repair techniques
Meet with the crew daily to review the plan and jobsite expectations
Participate in jobsite safety meetings and follow all safety procedures
Gather tools, equipment, and materials needed for daily work
Assist with digging, trenching, debris removal, and jobsite restoration
Support trenchless pipe lining and point repair work, including setup, material handling, and cleanup
Help mark boundaries, set up safety barriers, and maintain a clean, organized jobsite
Follow proper methods for trenching, excavation, and trenchless repairs in accordance with project specifications and code requirements
Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and help ensure a safe work environment

Education & Experience

High school diploma, GED, or trade school preferred
Prior construction, plumbing, or trade experience is a plus, but not required

Full-time position
Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts
Overtime and weekend work may be available based on project needs
