Dietary Manager

to lead our dietary department in our skilled nursing facility in

Versailles, IN

. This role is responsible for directing, evaluating, and monitoring dietary staff while ensuring high-quality food service for our residents.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of the dietary department Manage dietary staff, including scheduling, hiring, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions as needed Prepare meals according to planned menus and standardized recipes, making only authorized food substitutions Ensure resident dietary needs are met by reviewing care plans and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team Provide nutrition counseling under the guidance of a registered dietitian Maintain smooth departmental operations in coordination with the broader facility team

Qualifications

Two years minimum experience cooking. ServSafe perferred Previous long-term care experience is preferred Prior management experience preferred Must be 18 years of age or older
