Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the Dietary team, including Cooks and Dietary Aides Manage the Dietary Department budget Complete inventory and ordering based on each month's menu Review dietary restrictions of residents and plan creative and nutritious meals Complete department interviews and job offers Oversee staff training based on company policies and expectations Schedule Dietary Department staff and ensure proper coverage Ensure the proper care, use, and cleaning of kitchen equipment

Requirements

CDM, DTR, Associate's or higher degree in food service management or Hospitality Supervisory experience, preferably in the food service industry Experience in long-term care preferred ServSafe Certification or ability to obtain Reliable transportation Availability to work some weekend and evening shifts as needed
