As a Dietary Aide, you will play a crucial role in assisting with food preparation and maintaining cleanliness in our kitchen. Dietary Aide Responsibilities:

Assist with food production, including meal preparation and plating Follow dietary restrictions and guidelines when preparing meals Ensure the kitchen and dining areas are clean and sanitized - Set up dining areas for meal service Assist with serving meals to residents - Maintain inventory of food and supplies Follow proper food handling and safety procedures Provide excellent customer service to residents and their families Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations

Dietary Aide Skills:

Previous experience as a Dietary Aide or in a similar food service role is preferred Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment Strong time management skills to ensure efficient completion of tasks Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team - Basic cooking skills are a plus
