About Us:

Avon Health Center, family owned since 1974, provides a range of services, including skilled nursing care, post-acute medical and rehabilitation care, hospice and respite care. We are a 120 bed facility, 90 of which are Long Term and 30 Short Term.



Our Facility has an excellent reputation in the community and we are looking for a caring person to provide leadership and drive the quality care we are known for to our residents.:

$17.50/hour::

As dietary aide, you will help to prepare and serve food in a family-owned, friendly nursing home setting. You will report to the Director of Dining Services. This is a FULL TIME position and includes every other weekend and some holidays. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, generous PTO, 8 Paid Holidays and more!:



$17.50/hour plus weekend differential

32 hours per week including every other weekend and every other holiday::::



Help prepare food and meals Wash/clean dishes and washroom duties Deliver food to facility residents Assist with special catering events at facility Assist in kitchen as needed:

Additional Qualifications:

Work independently and as a team player This is a FAST-PACED position Communicate well Deal tactfully with residents, family members, and staff May be required to stand for long periods of time May have to lift, push, pull and move equipment and supplies without restrictions Must be able to work every other weekend and some holidays as needed by department Must be reliable:

Experience preferred but will train the right candidate!:
