Job Description

We are seeking a caring and reliable Dietary Aide to assist in the preparation and delivery of meals to our residents. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

Assist in meal preparation and service according to dietary guidelines and resident preferences Deliver meals to residents in a timely and courteous manner. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen, dining areas, and equipment. Follow food safety protocols and infection control procedures. Work collaboratively with dietary staff and other departments. Provide excellent customer service to residents and families.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in food service or healthcare setting is a plus. Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs. Willingness to undergo background check and health screenings.

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
