Competitive Pay

: $25 - $40 per hour, based on experience

Shift Differential

: Earn an additional $2/hour for 2nd & 3rd shifts

Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent 1+ year of shop experience with DOT annual inspections, brakes, or tech school certification Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Must own a toolbox and possess required tools Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude

What You'll Do

As a

Diesel Technician

Trailer Technician

, or

Reefer Technician

, your role will involve a variety of important tasks, including:

Preventative maintenance on trailers, trucks, refrigeration units, and APUs Brake replacements, suspension repairs, and DOT/FHWA inspections Diagnosing electrical systems & ABS brake system repairs Tire services, including mounting, dismounting, balancing, and flat repairs Structural repairs on trailers, rear door replacements, and washouts Troubleshooting APUs and providing road service calls Maintaining a clean and organized shop, as well as servicing company vehicles Safely operating forklifts, hoists, and other tools Performing additional duties and responsibilities as needed
