Key Responsibilities
Oversee six mobile diesel repair trucks
and their technicians to ensure efficient scheduling, dispatching, and workflow
Manage day-to-day operations
of the road service team, coordinating service calls and maintaining smooth operations
Assist or provide guidance after hours
when technicians encounter challenges in the field
Communicate clearly and transparently
with customers, technicians, and management about repair status, timelines, and expectations
Use your diesel expertise
to troubleshoot, advise, and ensure top-quality repair work
Monitor inventory and parts needs
for mobile units to keep operations running seamlessly
Ensure safety, compliance, and quality standards
are consistently met
