Kirk NationaLease is hiring experienced Diesel Mechanics to join our full-service diesel shop in Lyndhurst, VA. Your Role:
As a Diesel Mechanic, you will be the driving force behind keeping our customer's equipment running at peak performance.
You will be responsible for:
Performing scheduled preventative maintenance and light to moderate diesel repairs Diagnosing and repairing issues in brakes, clutches, wheel seals, and other vehicle systems Conducting DOT inspections and ensuring compliance with safety standards Keeping a clean and safe work environment while following company procedures

What We Are Looking For:
At least 2 years of diesel mechanic experience + At least 1 year of trailer repair experience preferred but not required
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Proficiency with hand tools and diagnostic equipment + Personal tools required
Knowledge of diesel systems with the ability to read technical diagrams Valid driver's license with clean driving record
