Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Diesel Equipment Mechanic to join our team in Victoria, TX. You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of equipment, including tractors, utility vehicles, mini excavators, skid steers, movers. This is a full-time position with 80% of the time spent in the shop and 20% in the field. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diesel mechanics, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
\xc2\xb7Diagnose and repair diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical systems
\xc2\xb7Perform routine maintenance on diesel-powered
\xc2\xb7Troubleshoot and identify issues with equipment and develop effective solutions
\xc2\xb7Use diagnostic tools and software to analyze and diagnose equipment problems
\xc2\xb7Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used
\xc2\xb7Follow all safety procedures and regulations
\xc2\xb7Communicate effectively with customers, supervisors, and team members
\xc2\xb7Keep work area clean and organized

Qualifications:
\xc2\xb7Minimum of 3 years\' experience as a diesel mechanic
\xc2\xb7Knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical systems
\xc2\xb7Ability to use diagnostic tools and software to diagnose equipment problems
\xc2\xb7Excellent problem-solving skills
\xc2\xb7Ability to work independently or as part of a team
\xc2\xb7Strong communication and customer service skills
\xc2\xb7Valid driver\'s license with a clean driving record
\xc2\xb7Must have own tools
