Die Cut Operator

Location:

Simpsonville, KY

Shifts:

2nd (3 pm-11 pm) or 3rd (11 pm-7 am) | Training may be on the day shift

Pay:

Based on experience + shift differential

Role Summary:

Set up, operate, and maintain die-cutting machines to produce high-quality packaging. Work independently to keep production moving efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Set up and run die-cutting machines accurately Maintain a safe, clean work area Complete required paperwork and follow company policies Troubleshoot minor machine issues

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED Mechanical skills and troubleshooting ability Ability to work independently once trained English communication skills Must be able to stand, bend, lift, and reach during shift
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.79 - $32.65 per hour
