Developmental Scientist - URGENT HIRE

Description:

To lead product development/formulation projects all the way to product registration or other suitable client-driven product-cycle end points.

To lead projects on behalf of clients and/or Argenta Research (internal company projects)

Generate, document, and review technical data for internal reports, client reports and CMC regulatory support documents.

Create and maintain activity plans for assigned projects.

Communicate and negotiate project activities and timelines.

Negotiate with other departments for access to various resources including equipment and assistance.

Maintain a high state of GDP and HSE compliance at the facility, ensuring that equipment is calibrated/qualified and ready for use for internal and external projects.

Develops an understanding of the current ongoing R&D programs.

Maintains up to date training in GDP compliance particularly as it applies to non-commercial, pre-approval activities.

Maintains contacts with experts, industry organizations and other companies in the field

Champion projects assigned to ARK.

Provides input and recommendations to management on testing, process improvements and new equipment that will increase efficiency.

80% of the work completed is completed at the bench. The rest of the work is done through communicating with the management, peers and customers.
