Job Description

Fraser, Ltd. is looking to add to our Development team! The person would be responsible for execution of Fraser, Ltd. fundraising initiatives to meet organizational goals and objectives by building professional relationships. Person would be responsible to help connect donors' philanthropic missions and Fraser's strategic priorities. This position would also participate in developing long-range department and organizational goals.

Knowledge:

Developing relationships and achieving annual goals, proven sales experience, create powerful and compelling oral or written communications for fundraising, fundraising and development strategies for a large nonprofit.

Education/Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing/Sales, or related field, 10 years' experience in sales. Experience in non-profit and/or development experience is a plus.

Skills and Abilities:

Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills; highly motivated, professional, ability to interface with internal and external contacts. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and donor contact database programs, self-starter, ability to multi-task.
