About the Role

iShine Weslaco is seeking a driven and customer focused Detail Sales Representative to join our team. You will be responsible for promoting, and selling our automotive detailing services, educating customers on service options, and ensuring every customer receives an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities

Sell and promote detailing services to customers on-site, and by phone.

Approach vehicles in the parking lot to explain detailing options.

Share pricing and recommend services based on vehicle condition and customer needs.

Upsell detailing packages, add-ons and memberships

-

Talking to customers on the phone, providing information on services

Assist customers with check-in and payment

-

Coordinate with detailing staff to ensure smooth service and satisfied customers

Maintain a clean, professional, approachable presence in the lot and lobby.

Qualifications

-

Previous customer service or sales experience preferred

-

Comfortable approaching customers in person in a friendly, professional way

-

Strong verbal communication and people skills

-

Goal-driven with the ability to confidently explain and recommend services

Able to work outdoors while interacting with customers

-

Positive attitude and professional appearance

-

Basic record-keeping of point-of-sale experience

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Hourly pay + Commission

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $9.00 - $11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week

Work Location: In person
