What This Role Actually Does:



This is a data center operations and support position -- a hands-on, physical technical role -- responsible for: Installing, racking, stacking, cabling, and decommissioning servers. Handling day-to-day data center maintenance and break-fix support. Monitoring infrastructure health and coordinating with remote teams or vendors. Working in rotational 24x7 shifts, providing on-site support to keep systems up and running.

Required:



3 to 5years of data center operations or infrastructure support experience. Comfortable working physically in a data center environment (lifting servers, cabling, etc.). Must have "hands and feet" experience -- meaning they can touch the equipment, not just monitor remotely.

Technical Skills:



Hardware: Servers (HP, Dell, Cisco), Storage, Routers, Switches, Firewalls. Tools: ServiceNow, iLO/iDRAC, Visio, MS Office. Networking: Basic understanding of fiber/copper cabling, patch panels, IP addressing. Operations: Racking, stacking, cabling, hardware replacement, decommissioning. Monitoring Tools: Experience using DC monitoring or provisioning tools. Documentation: Must document configurations and asset changes properly.

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
