Job Description

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for desktop systems, including hardware and software troubleshooting. Manage computer systems and ensure proper configuration of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux). Assist users with Microsoft Office applications and other software tools. Troubleshoot VPN connectivity issues and manage firewall settings. Utilize tools such as SCCM for software deployment and management. Conduct analysis of IT infrastructure to identify areas for improvement. Maintain documentation of technical processes and user guides. Provide support for mobile devices and ensure compatibility with existing systems. Collaborate with team members to enhance overall IT service delivery.

Requirements

Proven experience in technical support or desktop support roles. Strong knowledge of computer management, networking principles, and IT infrastructure. Proficiency in troubleshooting software issues across various operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux). Familiarity with Microsoft Windows Server environments. Experience with network administration concepts including LAN setup and management. Understanding of TCP protocols and firewall configurations. Excellent communication skills to effectively assist users in resolving technical issues. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and decision-making processes. Experience with Active Directory for user account management is preferred. Job Type: Contract

Pay: $23.69 - $30.53 per hour
