Job Summary

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of adults with disabilities? We are seeking a dedicated Designated Program lead for our Adult Foster Care setting, licensed under 245D. This is a rewarding full-time position where you can lead a compassionate team and support our residents in a nurturing environment. Under the direction of the Designated Coordinator, Program Director or Administrator, the Designated Program Lead is responsible for the supervision of all activities, documentation, and services performed within the program, including the supervision of all Direct Support staff.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the foster care home Supervise staff and ensure quality care for residents Collaborate with families and external agencies Maintain compliance with 245D regulations Foster a positive and supportive living environment

Requirements

Ability to pass a background study A valid Driver's License 18+ years old
