Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Attend and Engage in Estimating Hand Off Meetings for Projects
Review Drawings, Details, and Request Changes
Review Specs for the Project and Implement into Design
Review Contract Scope for Projects
Attend and participate in Project Specific Customer Design Meetings
Attend and take ownership of Project Specific Internal Design Meetings
Attend Weekly BIM Coordination Meetings
Manage Sub-Detailers
Ownership of Submitting and Managing all RFI's in Design Stage of Project
Ownership of Submitting all Drawings Submittals and IFC's for the Project
Ownership of Submitting all RFF from the Model to Document Distribution
Ownership of Submitting all IMP, Light Gauge, and Misc Cut Lists to Procurement
Ensure Schedules are met for Submittals and Returns of Submittals
Ensure Schedules are met for Cut Lists/ABM
All other duties as assigned
Preferred Skills and Training
Prior Project Manager Experience in Construction
Read and Understand Structural and Architectural Drawings
Work with Architects, Engineers, Project Managers, and Procurement team
Bluebeam Review experience
Understand Project Management Software such as Procore, ACC, Trimble, Project Site, Excel etc.
Manage Sub Detailers
Manage Sub Vendors
Tekla Experience is preferred but not Required
Ownership and follow through of the Design on Projects
