Position Overview
This position serves as the lead point of contact for interior design & small renovation projects typically ranging up to $1 million in budget and is responsible for the coordination and
oversight of programming, design, ff&e and the execution of construction for small interior renovations.

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree and five (5) years of related experience, and a valid Architectural license.

Preferred Qualifications
Preferred work experience related to campus/facilities planning, design, and construction.

NCIDQ Certification or Registered Interior Designer in State of Texas

Job Duties
o
Serves as subject matter expert in interior design, space planning, ADA requirements, building codes, and utilization of FF&E.
o
Meets directly with departments and end-users to determine program, scope, and budget for interior design, renovation, and FF&E needs.
o
Utilize AutoCAD software to develop schematic drawings, pricing plan & notes, and up to construction documents for interior renovations
o
Ability to manage installations, perform and coordinate punch lists, follow up on furniture installations of quality and condition of furniture.
o
Manages design standards and furniture standards for campus
o
Develop finish and ff&e presentations for departments
o
Procurement of ff&e
