Overview:

United Community Bank

is seeking a

Deposit Operations Floater

to join our collaborative and
dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to support multiple departments within
Deposit Operations, ensuring continuity of daily processes and providing coverage during peak
periods or staff absences
What You'll Do:
Perform daily tasks across various departments including ACH & Cash Ops, Balance Control, ATM & Card Operations, Deposit Account Maintenance, Documentation, Research Returns, Wire Transfers, and more. Provide coverage and support during high-volume periods or when team members are unavailable. Communicate effectively with internal teams and branch representatives. Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce risk. Assist with training and special projects as needed

Requirements For Success:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance preferred. 3-6 years of experience in banking operations or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to navigate computer systems with ease. Strong understanding of banking regulations and operational procedures. Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills. Ability to adapt quickly and work collaboratively across departments. Willingness to work flexible hours and travel occasionally for training or conversions.

Pay Range: USD $38,769.00 - USD $57,876.00 /Yr.
