JOB PURPOSE To be a Company Brand Ambassador and to be responsible to achieve all the qualitative and quantitative objectives of the product category department assigned. To manage and motivate the department team in achieving the sales target, ensuring extraordinary Client service experience, being present on the sales floor, managing the activities of the department. - Ensure an exceptional welcome and customer service, fostering cross-selling among the product categories.
- Analyze the department performance and define the act\xc4\xb1ons required for ach\xc4\xb1eving the bus\xc4\xb1ness object\xc4\xb1ves.
- Give commercial suggestions to SM.
- Drive the team to exceed their KPIs.
- Be constantly up-to-date on market trends and share \xc4\xb1ns\xc4\xb1ghts w\xc4\xb1th relevant funct\xc4\xb1ons.
- Foster the e-commerce channel development.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Strengthen customer loyalty by engag\xc4\xb1ng and supporting the sales team \xc4\xb1n clientel\xc4\xb1ng act\xc4\xb1v\xc4\xb1ties and gains new local customers to grow department sales.
- Train and inspire the sales staff of her/his department in product knowledge, sales techniques, customer services and company procedures.
- Identify h\xc4\xb1gh potent\xc4\xb1al collaborators for internal development opportunities.
- Ensure effective communication and encourage information sharing and development of ad hoc morning briefings.
- Guarantee an in-depth product knowledge w\xc4\xb1th\xc4\xb1n the department, working w\xc4\xb1th the relevant functions to support product/ collection training needs.
- Prov\xc4\xb1de feedback and focused suggestions on department needs to the Store Manager.
- Guarantee the v\xc4\xb1sual presentat\xc4\xb1on of his/her department.
- Ensure effect\xc4\xb1ve and eff\xc4\xb1c\xc4\xb1ent back-of-house organization for the department and is responsible for the protect\xc4\xb1on of the company\xe2\x80\x99s assets as well as the staff grooming standards to be ensured.
