Key Responsibilities
Provide the full spectrum of high-quality general dentistry, encompassing preventative, restorative, diagnostic, and surgical treatments, consistently driving superior patient outcomes.
Effectively manage patient care in a
predominantly PPO practice setting
within a comprehensive dental office environment.
Collaborate closely with a competent and supportive team of professionals, including hygienists, assistants, and a
full team of in-house board-eligible or certified specialists
for complex cases.
Leverage state-of-the-art dental technology, including
3D iTero scanners and lasers
, with access to internal certification programs.
Maintain a focus on patient care and clinical excellence, benefiting from
full practice management support
covering marketing, patient flow, and all administrative needs.
Uphold a commitment to operational excellence, personal accountability, and strong relationship-building with patients and staff.
Work a flexible schedule (primarily
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
), with opportunity for full-time commitment based on preference and practice requirements.
Requirements
Graduate of an accredited Dental School (DDS or DMD).
A minimum of
two years of clinical experience
in professional practice is required.
Must possess an active Dental License in the State of Washington, or demonstrate the ability to successfully secure one by the time of employment.
Active and necessary professional credentials, including CPR certification, DEA registration, and a National Provider Identifier (NPI).
What We Offer
Highly competitive compensation structure, with full-time annual income projected to be between
$205,000 and $450,000

Compensation is production-based, ranging from
31% to 33% of production
(commensurate with experience), with
guaranteed minimum compensation for the first six months
