What You'll Do

Deliver comprehensive general dentistry: exams, diagnosis, treatment planning Perform restorative and surgical procedures including fillings, extractions, root canals, and cosmetic dentistry Educate patients on oral health and preventive care Work collaboratively with assistants, hygienists, and front desk staff Maintain accurate clinical documentation Stay current with best practices and clinical advancements
What We're Looking For

Active

Maryland dental license

(required) Experience as a General Dentist (preferred, but motivated newer grads considered) Strong clinical judgment and chairside manner Clear communication skills with patients and team Commitment to quality care and ethical dentistry
Schedule & Compensation

20-40 hours per week

(full-time or part-time)

Monday to Friday

$350,000+ annual earning potential

(based on production)

$10,000 signing bonus
