Family Dental Associates is seeking a highly motivated, skilled, and personable Associate Dentist to join our established partner practice in Rutland, VT. This practice features a large active patient base and strong office culture.


Our ideal candidate has a compassionate and confident bedside manner as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills, and prioritizes patient care. Candidates should have a minimum of 2-4 years' working experience, preferably post completion of a GPR.

Practice in business for over 30 years 85% PPO 15%FFS 17 operatories, 2 operatories available to new provider Dr. chairs: 8 Hyg. chairs: 9 CBCT, iTero, Digital X-rays Schedule: Mon-Thurs https://familydentalvt.com/

Compensation for full-time employees:

Qualifications and Skills:

At least 2 years of clinical experience preferred Highly proficient in all aspects of general dentistry Ability to examine, diagnose, and treat patients GPR or AEGD preferred Desire and willingness to continue to learn and improve Exceptional communication skills and ability to build relationships with patients
