Key Responsibilities
Deliver a comprehensive range of general dentistry services, including diagnosis, prevention, restoration, and surgical procedures, consistently achieving superior patient results.
Collaborate effectively with a
full team of in-house board-eligible or certified specialists
to manage complex cases and support specialty needs.
Develop and execute patient-centric treatment plans, focusing on both oral health and overall patient well-being.
Maintain an efficient schedule, working standard full-time hours from
Monday through Friday
.
Champion operational and clinical excellence while upholding the highest standards of ethics and personal accountability.
Cultivate strong, professional relationships with patients, staff, and clinical colleagues.
Requirements
Graduate of an accredited Dental School (DDS or DMD).
A minimum of
two years of professional clinical experience
is required.
Must possess or be able to acquire a current, active Dental License in the State of Washington by the date of employment.
Current and essential certifications, including CPR, DEA registration, and a National Provider Identifier (NPI).

$800 guaranteed compensation
for the first 60 days, followed by
30% to 32% of production

Full-time Dentists in this role are expected to earn between
$150,000 and $400,000
annually.
