Key Responsibilities

Deliver the complete spectrum of general dental services--including diagnostic, preventative, restorative, and surgical procedures--while upholding exceptional clinical standards. Collaborate seamlessly with an experienced and supportive team of professionals, including hygienists, assistants, and

in-house board-eligible or certified specialists

, ensuring comprehensive patient management. Employ advanced dental equipment, such as

3D iTero scanners and lasers

, with access to internal certification programs to enhance treatment efficacy. Develop and present patient-centric treatment plans focused on long-term oral and systemic well-being. Work a flexible schedule (initially

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday

), with the option to expand to full-time based on mutual availability and practice needs. Focus on clinical practice, benefiting from

full practice management support

covering marketing, patient flow logistics, and administrative tasks.
Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Dental School (DDS or DMD). A minimum of

two years of clinical experience

in a professional practice setting is required. Must possess an active Dental License in the State of Washington, or demonstrate the ability to secure one prior to the start of employment. Active certifications for CPR, DEA registration, and a National Provider Identifier (NPI) are mandatory. Exhibit a strong focus on commitment to patient care, operational and clinical excellence, and personal accountability.
What We Offer

Highly competitive compensation package, including a signing incentive. Compensation is production-based, ranging from

31% to 33% of production

(based on experience), with

guaranteed compensation provided for the first six months

. Full-time practitioners are expected to earn an annual income between

$205,000 and $450,000
