Key Responsibilities

Deliver a comprehensive scope of general dentistry, including advanced diagnostics, preventative services, restorative procedures, and surgical treatments, consistently ensuring excellent clinical quality. Operate within a

full-service, comprehensive dental office

environment that caters to a

predominantly PPO patient base

. Collaborate seamlessly with a supportive team of professionals, including hygienists, assistants, and a

full roster of in-house board-eligible or certified specialists

, to address all specialty needs. Utilize the

latest dental technology

, such as

3D iTero scanners and lasers

, with access to internal certification programs for continuous skill development. Focus on clinical practice, benefiting from

full practice management support

that expertly handles administrative duties, marketing, and patient flow logistics. Maintain an adaptable schedule, with core hours on

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday

, and the potential to expand to a full-time commitment based on mutual needs.
Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Dental School (DDS or DMD). A minimum of

two years of clinical experience

in professional practice is required. Must hold a current, active Dental License in the State of Washington, or secure one prior to the employment start date. Essential professional credentials, including active CPR certification, DEA registration, and a National Provider Identifier (NPI). Demonstrate unwavering commitment to patient care, operational excellence, personal accountability, and collaborative team building.
What We Offer

A highly

competitive compensation

package, which includes a generous signing incentive. Compensation is production-based, ranging from

31% to 33% of production

(commensurate with experience). Benefit from

guaranteed minimum compensation for the first six months

of employment. Full-time practitioners are expected to achieve an annual income between

$205,000 and $450,000
