Key Highlights:

Location: Dayton Ohio Patient Base: Pediatric care, Medicaid office with some PPO patients Work Schedule: 4-5 days/week, no weekends Technology: Modern office with digital equipment

Compensation and Benefits:

Income Potential: $200,000-$400,000 Guaranteed Minimum: $800-1,100 per day (depending on experience) - for 90-days Production Bonus: 25% of adj collections (based on experience & specialty); including hygiene codes Additional Benefits: Health Insurance, Life Savings Plan, mentorship, CE benefits, malpractice Insurance Long-term Employment: Possible future ownership available Relocation package: up to 5K Student Loan repayment: 10K / year (New Grads)

Candidate Requirements:

Dental License: DDS or DMD eligible for or currently holding an Ohio dental license. Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Quality Focus: Commitment to high-quality standards and necessary procedures only AND enjoy treating children.
