We are seeking a
highly skilled Treatment Coordinator
with a clinical background and proven experience in
treatment planning, case presentation, and financial conversations
. This is a senior-level role for someone who is calm, compassionate, and confident--especially when guiding patients through both everyday dentistry and comprehensive treatment plans.
This role is for you if you:
Have
hands-on dental clinical experience
and understand treatment from the chairside perspective
Excel at
presenting treatment plans clearly and confidently
, including large, comprehensive cases
Are an
empathetic and effective financial communicator
who helps patients feel heard, respected, and supported
Can comfortably discuss
fees, insurance, and financial arrangements
while maintaining trust and rapport
Take pride in keeping schedules productive and helping doctors achieve their goals
Are organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven--without losing the human touch
What you'll do:
Partner closely with doctors and assistants to
present treatment and coordinate care
Guide patients through their treatment options, timing, and financial arrangements with clarity and compassion
Maintain strong follow-up systems for unscheduled treatment
Support a highly productive schedule with minimal lost doctor time
Track case acceptance, scheduling efficiency, and collections performance
Be a welcoming, steady presence for patients--from first conversation to completed care
