About Us



We build a full team of AI agents that can automate entire job functions more accurately & reliably within dental offices, so practice staff can regain time for what's most important. For example, our AI agents can answer phones, automatically schedule patients, call insurance, and carry out dental revenue cycle operations end to end just like a human would.

As a company, we're backed by Y Combinator, General Catalyst, 186 Ventures, Reach Capital and many more tier 1 institutional investment firms. We recently raised an oversubscribed $4.4M seed round from some of the best investors in Silicon Valley. Our team includes AI product leaders from companies like Google, health system chief medical officers, and dentists on the leadership of major insurance companies.

About The Role


We're looking for a go-getter who is excited about transforming healthcare with AI. Here is what you'll have the opportunity to do:

Lead sales calls yourself (with our inbound leads) and close deals. Follow up with customers to ensure they are successful with our products and upsell them when possible. Design marketing materials, come up with new AI automations, and put processes in place where chaos exists today. Come up with new AI feature ideas that our product & eng team should build.
This role is ideal for folks that are incredibly intelligent and ambitious, early in their careers, and seeking rapid career growth.

Compensation


The majority of the compensation for this role will be commission based. However, instead of you having to spend most of your time hunting outbound leads, you will be focused more on taking meetings with inbound leads (we have hundreds waiting that we haven't been able to get to). We will start this role as a contract position, but after 2-3 months you will have the opportunity to convert it into full-time if your performance is strong.

Requirements


- Undergraduate degree from a top university.
- At least 1-2 years of professional experience after undergraduate.
- Prior B2B sales experience.
- Very strong communication skills.

Projected Total Compensation: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
