Busy South Tampa general dentistry office seeking an experienced dental office manager

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Dental office Manager to oversee our dental practice operations. The Dental office Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the dental practice including staff supervision, financial management, patient relations, and facility management.

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all aspects of the dental practice operations Supervise and train staff members including dentists, dental assistants, and administrative personnel Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records Monitor financial performance and develop strategies to increase revenue and profitability Maintain positive relationships with patients and resolve any complaints or issues Manage facility maintenance and equipment purchases and maintenance Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operations
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (preferred but not mandatory) Minimum of 5 years of experience in dental practice management (mandatory) Very proficient with Dentrix Strong leadership and management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of dental insurance and billing practices experience with multi doctor practice
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
