Key Responsibilities
  • Post insurance and patient payments, verify insurance, and appeal denied insurance claims
  • Check in patients and preparing and presenting large or complex treatment plans
  • Run daily, weekly, and monthly reports from practice management system
  • Ability to interpret P&L statements and formulate business plans with goals and objectives
  • Formulate labor planning, implement business policy and procedures, and determine annual goals.
  • Conduct daily huddle meetings and weekly/monthly meetings that are forward focused
  • Establish schedules and work assignments for team members according to workload, space, and equipment
  • Interview and select top talent while creating long term strategies for employee retention and create individualized on-boarding plans for new team members
  • Identify growth areas, provide coaching, train, and create development plans for team
  • Advise and influence partner doctors to create office operational plans
  • Attend community board meetings and develop key outside community partnerships
Qualifications
  • Ability to delegate tasks effectively
  • Proactively manage performance expectations
  • Prioritization of competing commitments and initiatives
  • Ability to manage up, across and down effectively
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Customer service experience
  • Leadership and management experience
  • Dental office experienced (preferred)

Working Environment & Physical Requirements This is a clinical working environment where potential exposure to hazardous waste and blood-borne pathogens is possible. Requires prolonged periods of standing, leaning, and bending. Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year Benefits:
