We're looking for a highly organized, bilingual Dental Office Manager to lead our team and ensure smooth daily operations. This role is ideal for someone confident, proactive, and experienced in running a fast-paced dental office. You will oversee front-office operations, support staff, enhance patient experience, and partner directly with leadership to maintain an efficient, positive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily front-office operations, scheduling, and workflow.
Supervise, train, and support administrative and clinical staff.
Ensure excellent customer service and bilingual communication with patients.
Monitor patient flow, maximize provider schedules, and manage confirmations.
Handle billing, insurance verification, claims follow-up, and payment posting.
Maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and office protocols.
Lead team meetings, performance follow-ups, and onboarding.
Assist with reports, production tracking, and office goals.
Collaborate with doctors and management to maintain a strong team culture.
Address patient concerns professionally and efficiently.
Requirements:
Bilingual (English & Spanish) required.
Minimum 1-2 years experience in dental office management or dental leadership.
Dentrix experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of scheduling, billing, and front-desk systems.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask in a busy environment with attention to detail.
Professional, reliable, and able to work full time.
Pay: $28.00 - $38.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
