Dental Laboratory Technician - Fixed Prosthodontics

Location: Northeast Philadelphia

Established private prosthodontic practice (serving the community since 1979) is seeking an experienced Dental Laboratory Technician skilled in fixed prosthodontic work. Digital workflow experience is preferred. Candidates with removable prosthetics experience may qualify for a higher hourly rate.

Responsibilities:

Fabricate dental prosthetics, crowns, bridges, implant prosthetics, and other restorations with meticulous attention to detail using CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software and traditional analog techniques. Assist chairside during dental procedures by preparing materials and ensuring the proper fit of restorations. Maintain and operate laboratory equipment such as articulators, porcelain ovens, e.max press, mills, and 3D printers. Maintain inventory of lab supplies and materials, ensuring all items meet quality standards for dental fabrication. Collaborate with the prosthodontist on case planning and quality control Maintain an organized and efficient lab environment Deliver consistent, accurate, high-quality work
Qualifications:

Experience in fixed prosthodontic lab work Knowledge of CAD/CAM technologies Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Ability to work independently
