We are seeking an experienced Office coordinator to join our team. Ability to work in BOTH
West Hollywood
and
Arcadia
offices is required. Minimum of 5 years experience working in a dental front office required for this position.
Responsibilities
Build a daily productive schedule for the doctor and hygienist utilizing strategic scheduling
Set daily and monthly production goals
Verify insurance benefits and eligibility
Process and submit claims
Post insurance and patient payments
Experience with Care Credit and 3rd party financing
Must be proficient in HMO and PPO plans including treatment coordination and presentation
Understanding of dental terminology and dental codes required
oversee office flow and guide as needed
Prepare morning huddles, review daily schedules , patient charts and indicate treatment opportunities and any form updates needed
Skills
-Answer phones, schedule appointments, check-in/out and process referrals
- Proficiency in Dentrix
- Online claim submission and verification of dental benefits
- Understanding of dental terminology and codes
- Experience with HMO and PPO plans
- Treatment planning and case presentation
