Dental Front Office Coordinator

Schedule:Monday 7:45 am - 5:00 pm Tuesday 7:45 am - 5:00 pm Wednesday 7:45 am - 5:00 pm Thursday 7:45am - 5:00 pm Friday 7:45 am - 4:00 pm Saturday OFF Sunday OFF



Responsibilities:

The Front Office Coordinator should:Meet and greet our patients is our number one priority. Develop productive schedules. Manage patient documents and records. Engage and foster patients through a positive experience. The ability to multitask is a must Must be able to manage your time appropriately to ensure a productive day Verifying insurance benefits for patients and have a clear understanding to explain to patients Making appointments and communicating with other offices in regards to referrals Balancing the day and depositing checks Acquiring all pertinent info/documents from patients for appointments Sending dental claims to insurance companies Posting patient and insurance payments Desire to be efficient in reading account ledgers, EOB's, and explaining patient balances when inquire about Presenting treatment plans to patients Collecting payments from patients and helping with billing Be a team player and willing to help other team members when needed



Qualifications:

At least 1 year of Front Office/ Treatment Coordinator experience working in a dental practice or similar roles. Knowledge of Dental operations preferred Strong technical expertise in dental insurance benefits Must possess a strong desire to meet performance standards. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
